With over 20 years of distinguished experience in the executive search and recruitment industry, Pedro is a seasoned expert renowned for his strategic partnerships with both private and publicly listed enterprises, as well as leading private equity and venture capital-backed firms across Europe and North America.
Pedro has served as an Executive Committee member at a prestigious global management consultancy, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives for a diverse array of transaction banks and fintech market leaders. He played a key role in achieving a successful exit to a leading global firm valued at $6 billion.
Currently, Pedro continues to provide strategic counsel to a range of scaling businesses in sectors including digital assets, payments, insurtech, and regtech. He thrives on collaborating with boards and founders to cultivate dynamic and resilient leadership teams that drive sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Pedro is a dedicated father of three, an advocate for fitness and mental well-being, and a passionate supporter of Chelsea FC.

With multiple years of experience at the forefront of the Fintech revolution, Pierce has supported some of the most dynamic businesses across Europe and the United States.
Before co-founding EGP, he established a specialist search and recruitment firm focused on payments, collaborating with early market entrants, regulatory bodies, and industry organisations such as Open Banking and the UK Payments Association. Following a successful exit from his agency, Pierce has dedicated his efforts to being a trusted advisor for early-stage and scale-up, growth-backed payments and digital assets operators.
He specialises in scaling leadership and front office teams for Series A and B companies in these sectors. In addition, he actively invests in a select group of startups, providing valued perspective for our clients.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Pierce is a proud father of two sons and an avid golfer with a 6 handicap. He also contributes to grassroots football, helping young children develop their passion for the game.
